Absolutely untouched and never cleaned German Wehrmacht M16 helmet.
The WWI period time M16 shell was issued after 1935 with a single decal and a correct Wehrmacht fieldgrey paint. A Wehrmacht liner was applied as well as a Wehrmacht chin strap. The strap is 1939 dated and maker marked. The liner is size 57 stamped.
The shell comes with an "62" stamp to the shell. The original factory fielgrey paint covers about 90% of the shell. Minor rust.
