Heer EM/NCO-pattern tropical side-cap (ie. 'Schiffchen') as was intended for staff serving within the Panzer-Truppen. The piece is executed in tan-coloured linnen and shows a (typical) darker-red-coloured lining. The cap shows a stamped makers'-stamp (that reads: '58 - F. WEHSBACH - ......(?) - E 41') and has both (tan-coloured) venthole-rivets in place. The cap shows a tropical greyish-coloured cap-eagle and dito cocarde in place (both attached by means of 'zig-zag'- ie. machine-stitching) and also shows the bright-pink 'Soutache'-chevron period-attached. The cap comes in an overall nice condition and shows only moderate age and/or wear. It is sized '58' and will with certainty fit a mannequins' head.
