So-called "Päckchen" blouse worn by U-Boot troops. The "Päckchen" existed in various designs which were, however, always similar to the British battles dress. Most of the time, they did not have a breast eagle attached.
This example was most probably constructed of a British battle dress by applying German Kriegsmarine buttons and shoulder boards.
Buttons: Kriegsmarine buttons. Complete. Original German rings.
Insignia: Shoulder boards for an Oberfähnrich with ciphers removed.
