M1908 "Koller" field tunic

Description

So-called "Koller" tunic for a soldier serving with Kürassier-Regiment von Seydlitz (Magdeburgisches) Nr. 7. An early textbook example with correct yellow piping to the sleeves and reverse. Tress with yellow threads for regiment no.7.

Cotton lining with size markings and a "K.R.v.S.7." unit marking. "1909" and "1910" dated. Former unit markings "5. Escadron" as well as "I". Futhermore, a former unit marking of (most probably Kürassier-Regiment 1 (?).

Rear buttons as well a few more still early examples nickle-finished. The reamining buttons are from iron painted with fieldgrey color.

A well worn tunic with small repairs, however, almost no moth damage. A very rare tunic in good condition. Extremely hard to find.
