M33 SS Service Dagger


Description

Early SS Service Dagger to a member named "Schulte" who served with the SS-Leibstandarte "Adolf Hitler".

Nickel-plated steel blade showing the etching "Meine Ehre heißt Treue". On the back of the blade is the maker's mark of Böker, Solingen. Stains on both sides. 

Black wooden handle with inlaid SS roundel and eagle. Early nickel crossguards. "I" (Zeugmeisterei München) stamped. Original black anodized steel scabbard with nickel fittings. No dents. All screws are in place. 

Traces of wear. Condition 2-3.

Two portrait photos of the SS member. One shows him in the Allgemeine-SS (LAH) uniform and the other as a Wehrmacht Heer member. 

About 62 Luftwaffe photos of his brothers Wilhelm and Heinrich Schulte. Both served with the Luftwaffe. In addition, four further photos of family members. 

Including a Holy Bible, an SA service regulations booklet "Allgemeine Dienstordnung", and a poetry album.
