Kriegsmarine/Navy officer's dagger with a hammered scabbard made by WKC, complete with hangers and portepee.
The beautiful dark orange grip has a crack on the backside at the top.
Typical WKC hammered scabbard with large ball-shaped scabbard attachment rings. Both scabbard screws are present.
The blade is in very good condition with no corrosion marks, highly detailed Kriegsmarine motif etchings on the front and back, and the deeply stamped WKC logo on the front of the ricasso.
The dagger is complete with a silver portepee used for Army and Navy daggers.
The original matching gold-gilt aluminum Navy hangers are also included. All clips are in working order, though the black cloth has some discoloring due to its age.
