Nickel-plated steel blade with the etched motto "Arbeit adelt". "Carl Eickhorn, Solingen" maker marked and "RAD J" marked. Furthermore "GES.GESCH." marked.
Genuine horn grip plates. Nickel-plated iron handle fittings. Black re-painted scabbard with nickel-plated iron fittings. There are a few small dents on the left edge and the upper fitting has two fine cracks above the screws. The screws have been replaced.
Includes the dagger hanger. Made of leather. Fully working snap clip. "A" (Assmann) maker marked and dated "38". Furthermore "RAD J" marked. The surface of the leather has come loose on one side.
Signs of use. The dagger, including the blade and the hanger, was painted over with ZAPON lacquer.
