The blade shows the etching "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit bei der Fliegertruppe", flanked by a Luftwaffe eagle and helmet. No maker's mark. On the back, the plating has slight "bubbles" in one place.
Black Bakelite handle scales. One grip plate has a small chip on the side and both are a little loose (wobbles). Probably been replaced once. The handle shows the name of the distributor "Anton Schweyer München" and the initials "GH" of the recipient. Original black finished steel scabbard which is free of dents. About 80% present.
