Original M16 transitional helmet which was re-issued for Wehrmacht troops with two army decals. Period time attached rivets and liner. Leather liner damaged. Shell ET66 stamped. An interesting black ink stamp to the reverse. "66" "57-58" which reflects the size of the shell and the size of the liner.
Both original applied decals are about 50%. Not much of the original color remaining. One horizontal stress crack to the front.
