Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

Award Document for the Commemorative Medal for the Italian-German Campaign in Africa to NCO Georg Neidhardt, member of the 3rd Stabskompanie of the I./Sturzkampfgeschwader, issued on July 1, 1942.

Besides being awarded to a Stuka related soldier, the document if signed by Martin Moßdorf, future Knight’s Cross winner. The former dentist was chief of the 3rd wing of a Stuka Squadron and received the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross on March 9, 1942.
