A very nice M41 field tunic with factory attached breast eagle and EM/NCO pattern collar tabs. The factory attached collar tabs are still underneath the period time attached officer's tabs and can be been when slightly lifting the officer's tabs.
Typically designed with vertical pocket bars. Unlike an M36 or M40 pattern, the M41 pattern comes with six instead of five buttons.
Breast eagle: machine-embroidered. EM/NCO pattern. Period time attached by machine
Collar tabs: EM/NCO. Machine-woven. Original attached by machine. Covered by period time hand-attached officer's tabs.
Shoulder boards: Leutnant artillery. Slipped on at a later time. The patina is not matching.
Buttons: All buttons complete and period time attached.
Lining: fine silk. Unfortunately, large bits were removed.
Markings: "WB41" depot marked and size stamped. Maker marked: "JOSEF ...."
Three pair of period time attached award loops. No moth damage. Minor signs of wear.
