Description

SA greatcoat with Oberscharführer tab and shoulder baords.

Brown slash two-pocket service mantel with silver pebbled buttons. Typical construction worn by SA leaders. 

Collar tabs: attached hand sewn on. Oberscharführer tab with one pip and bar. Chain stitched 5/18 with white piping to both. 
Armband: A multi-piece constructed wool armband with a white circle and black ribbon swastika. 

Cuff Title: Silver embroidered "Emil Müller" , period attached.

Lining: Gold color fine silk lining. Size ink stamped "48"
Buttons: Silver pebbled. Complete. Period time attached.
Belt buttons: 2 in place. Period time attached.

Note: The SA Standard 18 was given the honorary name Emil Müller, one of the movement's "martyrs". As an SA man, he was murdered by the Red Front in Germersheim on September 27, 1926.
