An unworn and unissued Luftwaffe tropical motorcyclist's coat which was discovered in a barn in Bavaria lately! Typical construction from tan color material with a net flining.
This example was made in Holland. It is clearly size marked and 1942 dated.
Maker marked: N.V. HOLLANDIA -FABRIEKEN" baded in Amsterdam, Netherlands. There is a "Mariendorfer Gummiwarenfabrik" marking as part of the maker's mark. This must be the maker of the net lining which must act as a supplied for the Dutch maker.
Buttons: all complete and period time attached
Excellent and unworn condition. Some damage to the net lining only.
