Imperial Saxon reserve officer's spike helmet named to Dr. med. C. Stecher. A name tag to the inside. There is a also a tag of the maker or seller: MATTHIAS MÜLLER. Ripped silk lining. Slightly loose. The visor is loose as well.
No extra holes however nuts were opened once. You can see marks. Overall matching insignia. Polished. Complete with both cockades.
