VIEW DESCRIPTION

Württemberg, Silver Military Merit Medal, 1892 issue under King Wilhelm II of Württemberg. Very well preserved, with dark, grown patina. Hallmarked in the ring with the silver mark "800". The award on the original ribbon section. With it on a ribbon piece the medal in miniature version. Also a miniature ribbon combination for the medal and the "Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer".
A toal of 47000 medals were minted from 1915 to 1917 in 800/1000 silver.
