Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

Saxon reservist's mug to a soldier named "Förster" serving with Kgl. Sächs. 2. Feld-Artillerie-Regiment Nr. 28 from 1901 until 1903 in Pirna.

The porcelain mug comes with nice colored pictures. Including a list of names of his comrades, who served with him. The lithophane bottom has the typical soldier and maiden scene. Well visible when the mug is held against the light. Fine hair cracks to the bottom.

With the original pewter lid. The top of the lid bearers an artillery crew and the thumb lift shows the Saxon coat of arms.

0.5-litre mug. No chipping. Signs of age.

Heigth: 27 cm.
