  If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.

  If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work address or a friend during your absence, we will happy to arrange this for you. Send us an email letting us know about your new shipping address and we will be happy to send an updated invoice to you.

Heer visor cap for officers

Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

This cap came straight of the grandson of the officer who was fighting against partisans in Croatia around 1944 as a Gebirgsjäger. He served as an infantry officer earlier on. It was given to the grandson shortly before he died.

A quite late war cap with white piping. Hand-embroidered visor cap insignia period time attached by hand! Slightly corroded to the wreath badge.
Late war chin strap. THe strap has opened to one side and needs to get repaired.

Silk lining. A "Schellenberg" SONDERKLASSE maker marked celluloid diamond to the grey silk lining. "Ersatz" sweat-band. Not too soft anymore but still absolutely flexible.

Minor moth bites. Size 56.
