Heer visor cap for artillery officers.

Branch: Artillery. Red color piping
Insignia: Aluminium ventilated wreath badge and zinc eagle with all prongs in place.
Chin strap: officer's strap. Correct buttons period time attached.

Lining: Worn gold color silk lining.
Celluloid diamond: missing
Sweat-band: Signs of wear. Minor damage. To the left side "Erel Stirnschutz" stamp. On the inside unreadable troop stamp.

Very nice cap from an soldier who was promoted to an officer and continued the use of the hat.

100% period time cap of an promoted officer with slight moth bites on the piping.
