HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your successful bids the day after the auction has ended. In your personal my ratisbon's you will be able to inform us about your most convenient payment method for this order or tell us about an alternative shipping address.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. If you decide to change your shipping or payment method after receiving your invoice, just drop us a line or visit my ratisbon's/ORDERS for any more details.
Choose your payment method when ordering and submit your order. Once your order has been received we will send an invoice including your shipping costs and your payment instructions.
After receiving the invoice, the order must be paid within 7 days.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY NEW TREASURES?
We usually send out orders within 1-3 working days after your payment has been received. In most cases, we are faster than this! We will inform you when your goods are being dispatched and provide a tracking number, In addition, you can always check your order status at my ratisbon's/ORDERS. Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.
If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work address or a friend during your absence, we will happy to arrange this for you. Send us an email letting us know about your new shipping address and we will be happy to send an updated invoice to you.

We only offer collectables which to the best of our specialists knowledge are authentic. About 15% of all consignments are returned to the consignor after extensive research due to authenticity issues.

Important note: Cancelling bids after an auction may disappoint the consignor, who like you is a collector. This situation is easy to avoid. Untouched grouping to Oberleutnant Eduard Hoffmann which came straight of his son. It is available on the market for the first time!
Absolutely untouched Luftwaffe officer's visor cap. Originally attached insignia by hand. Fine bullion officer's eagle and wreath badge. Correct officer's chin strap. Silk lining.
Fox markings to the sweat-band which will easily clean off. Not a single moth hole! Good condition 2. Size 57/58. Nice shape!
High-quality privately purchased Luftwaffe 4-pocket service tunic for a Flying troops Oberleutnant. Not named but 100% to Olt. Hoffmann. There look to be two "Kp." unit markings to the inner pocket.
100% period time attached insignia. Hand-embroidered officer's breast eagle. Machine-attached yellow collar tabs. Hand-attached officer's cord and shoulder boards.
Fine silk lining. A hanger to attach his dagger.
All buttons complete and originally attached. Originally attached War Merit Cross ribbon. Loops for one ribbon bar as well as one award.
He must have worn this tunic as a "Spieß" earlier on. There are traces of removed rings to the cuffs. Also, the tunic looks to have been worn with other tabs previously prior to promotion. Again, all insignia are 100% period time attached! His wedding present (a table decoration) confirms he served as an NCO as well).
Medium size. No moth damage! Condition 2.
Well worn Luftwaffe officer's dagger with portepee and hangers. Made by Robert Klaas. Clean, maker marked blade. Originally attached portepee. Fine orange handle without any chips. A scew was inserted to the reverse of the cross guard for unknown reason. Nice patina! Matching hangers in worn condition. Untouched.
A "Mein Kampf" wedding edition presented to Eduard Hoffmann and his wife on 24.12.1943. Filled out by hand. Ink.
Period time table decoration showing an eagle from bronzed zinc. Stone base with originally attached tag engraved: "Zur Hochzeit v. Uffz.Korps Stabs-Komp. Schule/Flg. Ausb.Rgt.22".
Presented as a wedding present from his NCO comrades serving with Flg. Ausb.Rgt.22.
Large cracks to the eagle however the decoration is still firm at this date.
