German tactical wooden sign « stab eines pionierbataillons » (Staff of a pioneer battalion), it was recovered years ago in Bayeux area in Normandy, France. Constructed from one solid piece of wood, period painted in white paint with black painted tactical symbol. It is in overall very good condition with only a few insect damages. Weathering and some paint loose is visible. Sign is approximatively 45x15cm. Great display piece for any collector.
