Very nice USM1 medic helmet liner, this liner was recovered years ago in the small village of Sourbrodt in the Ardennes, Belgium. It still retaining over 95% of the green factory paint, the medical emblem « Caduceus » is hand painted in white on the front. The liner suspension system is complete and in overall very good worn condition, the leather chinstrap is absent. Overall a very rare and not often seen Medic marked example.
