Heer Inf.Rgt.39 field tunic & breeches to Olt. Seuser

Description

A nicely worn infantry Oberleutnant field tunic with matching breeches both named to Leutnant Seuser.

Classic 4-pocket tunic as worn in the field. Privately purchased. Period time atttached insignia and buttons!

Machine-woven officer's breast eagle attached by machine. Fieldgrey buttons. White color "39" shoulder boards for an Oberleutnant of the infantry.

Fine silk lining. A "Belz & Weber" tailor's name tag named to "Lt. Seuser". "26.3.40" dated.

Three loops for a ribbon bar. Please note that the ribbon bar attached is not original to this tunic. It would be for a WW1 veteran. The bar itself is original, however.

It looks like the tunic was worn with three badges. However, there is only 1 loop left.

Overall nicely worn. Medium size. Only one moth hole.

Clearly worn officer's breeches which certainly could tell some story. Soft leather backing. All lanyards and buttons in place. Silk lining. Fabric stamps to the inside. An original attached "Ltn. Seuser" name tag which is "Oktb. 41" dated. The breeches were tailored by "Hermanns & Vohralik".
Good condition. Waist: 86cm. Length: 101cm.
