Luftwaffe dress bayonet KS 98 with brown frog
Description
Wehrmacht dress bayonet KS98. KS stands for "Kurzes Seitengewehr". A version to mount on the K98 rifle.
Nice example in only slightly worn condition.
Grip plates: No damage. Both rivets never opened.
Handle: Typically nickel-finish.
Blade: Clean. No damage to the tip. Minor signs of age.
Maker's mark: Unmarked.
Scabbard: Iron. 95% of the original black factory paint in place.
Leather frog: brown. Soft leather.
Available to the market for the first time. Out of the estate of a Luftwaffe Flak veteran!
