Brass hilt with a rayskin finished handle. Intact wire wrapping. The front langet bears the police eagle (attached separately). Comes with an officer's portepee (Cellon). Black leather scabbard with three brass fittings. The fittings have a few small dents and the lower fitting has a repair on the back.
The cross guard is rarely unit marked: "W.Sch.Pol. 6/24"
Inlcudes the hangers, the so-called "Peitschengehänge" ("whip hangers"). Made of leather. Fully working snap clips.
