A beautiful M35 Heer double decal helmet by Quist. "Q64" maker marked shell. This helmet was certainly not worn a lot. Both decals are roughly 97%. The eagle "apple green" paint is about 95%. There are only minor signs of wear.
The lining is definitely original to this shell. The rivets sit very strong and do not move. The prongs of the rivets are absolutely flat. The full size chin strap is "R.EHRHARDT 1937" maker marked and dated. The lining is "56" size stamped. There is a dome stamp which is a little hard to read but the date is definitely 1937 too so this helmet is untouched and matching in all parts.
The lot number stamp is 917.
A very rare and extremely nice example in great condition 1-. Hard to find!
