Nearly unworn helmet which was incorrectly stored up-side-down. The inside fo the helmet has suffered a lot. The chin strap is quite dry and fragile and the lining has large parts missing.
M18 helmet which was re-issued after 1935. The helmet was fieldgrey painted and had a decal applied. The shell still shows nearly full factory paint. Also, the decal is nearly 100%.
The liner is original to the shell. The prongs were never opened.
No markings to the shell found. It might be shell size 62.
