Optical sight for a heavy machine gun (MG 34 or M42 on lafette) in its original metal case.

The case comes with nearly full original paint and only minor signs of age to the outside. It is both extra lenses still inside as well as the complete wood and felt. It is WaA marked to the inside cover. Size: 15cm x 16cm x 11cm. Content not entirely complete.

The optical comes in fantastic condition like it was made yesterday. It surely was never used. It is "ddx" maker marked. Full original paint. Fully working!
The sight is clear but a bit milky for some unknown reason. Maybe there is a filter applied we did not manage to take off? The sight is not dirty at all. There looks to be one "milky layer" applied.

Including the original rubber pad which is still soft and flexible and only a little rough.
