A stunning M35 double decal helmet worn through the entire war! Proofed by a portrait photo of Heinrich Ellersiek as a Oberleutnant in his earlier days. The helmet looks nearly unworn on this photo.

"Salty" M35 helmet with original "apple-green" factory paint. Absolutely uncleaned and still very dusty!
Both decals are roughly 90% and come in very good condition. The paint is around 85%. Some scratches and light paint.
Original applied lining. Still soft. Uncleaned. Size 57 marked. The shell most probably has a dome stamp but we did not want to open the liner to check for it.
ET64 marked to the shell. Originally applied maker marked chin strap from flexible leader.
Ellersiek named his helmet "Ellersiek Obltn." to the inside!
