Extremely rare Luftwaffe officer's dagger to Oberst Nicolaus von Below. He was the Lufwaffe adjutant to Adolf Hitler from 16. June 1937 to 30. April 1945. 

The dagger comes with a genuine Damascus blade. It shows the gilt inscription to the front "Meinen treuen Adjudanten von Below zum 20. September 1940" (to my faithful Adjudant von Below on 20. September 1940". Based on the inscription, it must be assumed that the dagger was a personal gift from Hitler. No maker' mark. 

Golden-yellow handle with intact wire wrapping. No damage. Aluminum fittings. Attached officer's portepee. No dents to the scabbard. 

Also an identification card for the "Sonderzug des Führers". It was Adolf Hitler's personal train. Issued to Hauptmann Nicolaus von Below. Hand-signed by Generalmajor Erwin Rommel. "1939-1941" dated to the back. Very hard to find!
