Sweat-band: Signs of wear.
A very special cap which was issued as a brown piped EM/NCO visor cap. It was period time promoted an officers cap by adding officer's insignia and an officer's bullion cord (thick version usually worn on tunic colors). You can see the brown signals piping underneath the twisted cord.
