The document is signed by the Stabsartzt and features a matching stamp seal. In addition, once folded open, the document features four sports categories and all important details about Wilhelm’s sports accomplishments, signed and stamped by the Obmann. The reverse features the official award information of the Sports Badge - Silver grade with golden wreath, numbered 3281, awarded on November 13, 1943, with a facsimile and stamp of the Stellvertreter des Reichsportführers.
