The blade shows the etched motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue". Made by Emil Voos. RZM "M7/2" and "1166/38/SS" maker marked. The blade has been heavily polished (reworked). Black wooden handle with inlaid SS roundel and national eagle. It has a chip on the back. Nickel-plated zinc fittings. Original black painted scabbard with nickel-plated iron fittings. The ball has a small dent and pitting on the lower fitting. All screws are in place. Probably opened once.
The dagger was assembled after 1945 with original wartime parts.
