Constructed of red cotton. The center bears a swastika framed by an oak leaf wreath. Made of gold-green aluminum wire. A 4 cm wide golden yellow braid surrounds the center. On the top of the banner is a full-length fabric loop for the pole as well as fabric fringe on the bottom.
The oak leaf decoration in the center is slightly damaged in four places. No mends or holes.
