A nice late war photo album of a Propagandakompanie member. It was a gift to his son in the 5th year of the year.
The album documents the campaign in Finland. Some photos were taken in Lapland. Photos of the front, of Finish volunteers, of an award ceremony, and of the harsh conditions during the winter. Also photographs of the generals such as Schörner, Ritter von Hengel, Mannerheim, and Dietl. Each page comes with hand-written notes. Two photos were taken from the album. On the last pages are five period time prints of aquarelles.
