White handle with intact wire wrapping. No damage. Comes with the officer's portepee. Brass handle fittings. The cover of the button to open the scabbard is missing. However, it can be opened. A so-called "lightning" scabbard. Made of brass. It has some dents and the screws on the top are missing.
