Kriegsmarine khaki color tropical field blouse. A four pocket tunic with its buttons attached with metal rings. Most probably an unworn example which was completed with original insignia after the war.
Breast eagle: Machine-woven. Attached by hand post war.
Collar tabs: This type of tunic was worn without tabs
Shoulder boards: Kapitän. Slip-on type. NIce patina.
Buttons: Complete. Original khaki color. Attached with the original rings
Lining: white linen
Markings: no markings found.
Hand-attached embroidered "Afrikakorps" cuff title. Hand-embroidered on a ribbed silk band. Very unusual but certainly period time. Including a 3 place ribbon bar for an Afrika veteran.
