Dark blue rubberized officer's rain coat. Luftwaffe. With shoulder boards for a flying troops Major.
Typical construction with aluminum buttons and loops to slip on shoulder boards.

What makes this coat very special are two black loops to a cuffband attached to the right sleeve. They allowed the owner to remove the cuffband when cleaning the coat.
It is not in place anymore. Including an adjutant's aiguillette.
Not too soft but still very flexible. Good condition 2. Complete buttons.
