Early NSKK (SA) Service Dagger made by Giesen & Forsthoff Solingen. This dagger manufacturer is very hard to find.
Nickel-plated steel blade showing the etched motto "Alles für Deutschland" and the maker's mark of Giesen & Forsthoff. It has only a few small stains on both sides.
Brown wooden handle with inserted SA roundel and eagle. No chipping or cracks. Early nickel crossguards. "Ns" (Niedersachsen) stamped. Black re-painted scabbard with nickel-plated fittings. Both fittings have slightly different patina, so it is possible that one of them was replaced. All four screws are in place.
