Tunic and helmet belonged to the same soldier in the rank of an Unteroffizier. The helmet is "9C" company marked and so is the tunic.
Dark blue tunic with red piping. White shoulder boards with company "9" buttons. Tress to the cuffs and collar. "Garde" machine-woven collar tabs.
Red lining. 1912 dated by the depot.
Clearly moth damaged. All buttons complete and period time attached.
Helmet with leather lining. "9C" unit marked as well as other markings.
Gilt Prussian Garde front badge with a separately attached silvered star. No extra holes to the inside of the helmet.
EM type of spike and plate. Removable spike.
Helmet body in very good shape. Front bar slightly damaged.
Inside its orginal case with signs of use and the straps damaged.
