Nickel-plated steel blade with the maker's mark of Carl Eickhorn. It is in nice condition. Only minor stains.
A solid brass handle with genuine horn grip scales bearing the police eagle on the front showing the same patina as the rivets. Aluminum. . "S.M.I" and "469" are marked on the crossguard. The silver plating is worn. Brown leather scabbard with nickel fittings. The leather is lightly deformed ("wavy").
