A uniform grouping for a Generalleutnant of the Luftwaffe.

Tunic

Privately purchased 4-pocket tunic for a Luftwaffe General, made from blue-grey gabardine. 

Breast Eagle: Original. Hand stitched.
Collar Tabs and shoulder boards: both high quality reproductions. Generalleutnant.
Buttons: Complete, appear to be painted in gold colour.
Lining: Fine silk.No maker tag.

The tunic has 5 sets of loops for awards or qualification badges, as well as another for a ribbon bar. No moth damage.

Trousers

A private purchase breeches with white piping along the seams but without the wide stripes. This is correct for late-war General trousers.

No moth damage. The fabric of the tunic and trousers are of slightly different quality.

Visor Cap

A visor cap made from high-quality blue-grey cloth, with a partially loose sweatband. Original embroidered insignia with heavy patina on the golden wire piping. Re-attached. Parts of the sweat-band loose and re-attached.  It has the celluloid diamond intact, but no maker marks.

Boots and belt

Private purchase examples. The belt has painted metal fittings in golden colour. Boots are made from fine leather but there are no maker marks visible.
