Brown four-pocket service tunic with gilt buttons. Typical construction worn by NSDAP leaders. 

Collar tabs: attached machine sewn on. White "Kreis" piping. Gilt finish to eagles, one side showing some tarnish. Gilt to oakleaf and bar in fine condition. 
Armband: Amtesleiter armband with white "Kreis" piping to the top and bottom. A multi-piece constructed wool armband with a white circle and black ribbon swastika. Bullion oakleaf trim to top and bottom indicating the rank. Some mothing, as shown.

Pocket has loops for five medals, three are included for: War Merit Cross 1st Class, SA Sports Badge in Bronze, Black Wound Badge . Ribbon bar attached above pocket with loops. 7 medal ribbon bar included as well.

Lining: Gold color fine silk lining. 
Buttons: Gilt. Complete. Showing eagles with swastikas. Period time attached.
