Heer visor cap for EM/NCO by Felix Weissbach Glauchau of the 15. Geb. Jg. Rgt. 139.
Branch: Gebirgsjäger. "Jägergrün" color piping.
Insignia: Aluminum cap eagle and wreath badge, originally attached with all prongs in place. Two-piece Edelweiß also originally attached between the wreath and the eagle.
Chin strap: textbook EM/NCO black leather chinstrap with correct buttons originally attached.
Lining: Orange color linen lining with minor signs of wear.
Celluloid diamond: intact, no further markings.
Sweatband: Brown, with minor signs of wear and age. Underneath the sweatband with troop stamp (HB38 15. G. J. R. 139) and manufacturer marking of F. Weissbach Glauchau.
Beautiful pre-war visor cap in beautiful shape and condition with only a few barely visible moth bites.
