The photograph does not seem to be the first one applied. If you look at the stamp it is not 100% matching. However, the rank is right and he might just swapped it for more newer one. You never know what happened in 1944/45. Medals and rank is right. He is not wearing a Anti Partisan Badge on the photo.
Postwar documents where he asked to return his Soldbuch in 1948.
