Large certificate to the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross in presentation folder to Leutnant Karl Helmer. Helmer was awarded the Knight's Cross serving as Ordonanzoffizier with Stab of II./Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 13 on 4.11.1942. He died after as serious injury on 6.3.1945 near Dorow (Kreis Regenwald, Pommern) serving as Kopanie leader of 12./Jäger-Regiment 56.

High quality four page parchment certificate fastened by a red cord (broken). Document in very good condition. Hand-written name KARL HELMER in gold color. "Autopen" signature of Adolf Hitler. "FÜHRERHAUPTQUARTIER DEN 4. NOVEMBER 1942" issued.
