Stunning M40 helmet which was used by the policeman serving with a police field unit. Possibly also with SS-Polizei-Division.
A very rare double decal helmet (decals removed) with full original sprayed camo paint. Original attached leather liner. Grommets 100% original to the shell. Rb-number stamped and 1944 dated chin strap. Both very soft and in nice condition.
Size 56 stamped liner. "Markus Müller" named. "201" numbered. "Molchuining" written on the liner. Probably a city name?
A shame about the removed decals however a very nice untouched camo helmet!
