A fantastic grouping to Feldgendarmerie NCO Hans Kolb. It came in a period time custom made wooden case with name tag. His name is also written on the case.
A stunning unworn Feldgendamerie visor cap. Minor signs of wear. Fresh colors. Orange piping! Fine gold silk lining. SCHELLENBERGER SONDERKLASSE marked. No damage to the celluloid diamond.
Matching aluminum cap insignia original attached. Size 56.
Condition 1-2. A few very small moth bites if you look closely.
Early private purchased 4-pocket tunic NCO rank. Vertical orange piping next to the button line. 100% original attached by machine) collar tabs. The collar is not 100% orange but also not in artillery red. Mismatches in color are possible and these tabs are definitely period time attached to this tunic. The shoulder boards are missing.
Early machine-woven officer's breast eagle on cloth backing. Period time attached by hand. Loops for awards. Ribbons for the Iron Cross 2nd Class and East Medal. Relatively sloppy attached by hand, but again they look period time attached to me.
Cotton lining. No tailor's or name tag.
Well worn. No moth damage.
