A very nice Wehrmacht Gebirgsjäger uniform serving with Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 99. This tunic is very special for having Infantry insignia but also a Gebirgsjäger Edelweiss attached. Since there was no Infanterie-Regiment 99, this officer can only have served with Geb.Jäg.Rgt.99 original coming from an Infanterie Regiment.

High quality purchased tunic. Fine field grey wool cloth. Black silk lining with white/grey sleeve lining.

Field grey painted buttons. Original attached. White piped Infantry insignia. Oberleutnant boards with gilt "99" cyphers. "Gebirgsjäger-Edelweiss" sleeve badge.

Fine hand-embroidered breast eagle. White piped officer´s collar tabs attached by hand. Period time attached loops for several awards. Fine condition.

Matching riding breeches. Field grey cloth. Soft leather backing. Cotton liner. One button is missing.  Both zippers to the bottom working.

Two small moth holes and signs of wear. Nice condition 2.
