Third Reich period time scarce visor cap for "Reichsluftschutzaufsicht" leaders. Cap badge from similar design as the Third Reich pilot's badge for civilian. Hand-stiched. Ripped black band identical to Luftwaffe visor caps. Dark blue cloth. Matching black-gold chin straps.
Black cotton lining. Removed celluloid diamond. Brown sweat-band. Parts of the seam of the sweat-band have opened.
An unreadable white ink stamp "L.P.???" to the liner and to the inside of the sweat-band. Furthermore a date stamp which looks like "1944".
