Very interesting Wehrpaß to Leutnant Franz Hütter killed in action on 20.5.1941 in Crete. Hütter served with 4./Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 2 during the Crete Campaign. Part of the grouping is not only his Wehrpaß but also three photos of his grave in Crete.
Wehrpaß with original applied photo. Hütter serving with Gebirgsjäger-Reigment 137 before he became a Fallschirmjäger in July 1940 and served during the Poland Campaign as a Gebirgsjäger.
A note on page 12 "Am 20.5.41 beim Einsatz Kreta gefallen". Hütter was awarded the Paratrooper Badge as well as the Iron Cross 2nd Class. Both are noted in his Wehrpaß.
